Rabbinical SupervisionWithout Exception
Every ingredient, every preparation, every surface, every event at Solomon's Palace is governed by a full-time, on-site Mashgiach Temidi — a resident rabbinical supervisor present at all times, not only during events.
We maintain separate, fully dedicated kitchens for Meat and Dairy, with complete separation of utensils, equipment, staff stations, and storage. All poultry and meat is sourced from approved Glatt Kosher suppliers only.

Initial Consultation
Meet with our dedicated events director to discuss your vision, guest count, budget, religious requirements, and timeline. We listen first — then build a plan around you, not the other way around.
Venue & Menu Proposal
Within 72 hours, your dedicated coordinator presents a personalized venue recommendation and custom menu proposals — Meat, Dairy, or Pareve — tailored to the occasion, your family's minhag, and your culinary preferences.
Private Tasting
You and your family are invited to a private tasting in our dining room — no charge, no obligation. Sample your proposed menu courses, refine any dishes, and approve the final selections with full confidence.
Coordination & Design
Our in-house events team handles floral arrangements, table settings, lighting, AV requirements, seating plans, and Shabbat-compliant accommodations — all coordinated with the Mashgiach and our rabbinical team as needed.
Day-of Execution
On the day of your event, your coordinator is present from setup to closedown. Our culinary team executes under Mashgiach supervision. Your only responsibility is to be present, celebrate, and enjoy every moment.
