I. C-Suite Title**
A named Executive Officer role with full authority commensurate with your position and the scope of this project.

II. Equity Position**
A meaningful ownership stake in Solomon's Palace and Chateaus, Inc. — memorialized in your Executive Agreement.

III. Retroactive Salary**
Your full executive compensation is documented from Day One and paid retroactively once capital has been raised.

Investment Requirement
Executives are required to make a minimum investment of $100,000 as part of joining the leadership team. This investment is subject to the same offering terms, documentation, and accredited investor verification process required of all investors in our current Rule 506(c) offering. Verification is completed through the standard channels required under SEC rules — third-party confirmation of income, net worth, or professional credentials — as part of your Executive Agreement and subscription documents.

Use of Capital
Funds raised through the offering, including executive investments, are deployed toward the Company's development and growth in accordance with the use-of-proceeds section of the Private Placement Memorandum, which is provided to all investors prior to closing.
